Can't login & Can't Reset Password

Hi,

I have not been able to login to Auction Sniper via a web browser for months.

1. I reset password

2 I get confirmation email

3. Set new password

4. Then attempt to login

But I still get "Username and password do not match."

I have attempted this lots and lots of time but it doesn't work.

I have used IE, Chrome and Edge with no success.

The mobile app on iPhone however does work and does accept the new password.

Any help appreciated.
