Hi - I know it's not much help, but I've gotten that error a few times myself and it seems to rectify itself.

First, contact support. They're really quick about helping.

In the meantime - for what it's worth - when I get the message, I go back to the home page (don't use the back button) and click directly in the Wins. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries, but I've always managed to get in.
