I am sorry to hear that you haven't heard back from the support team. Steve reported to me that he was unable to find any cases under your username and asked me to take a look. I was unable to find an account with the username/login name you used here, so I tried "dnjzrestorations" on the off chance that the two "i"s might be a typo.

I find an Auction Sniper account with that name, but no cases have been filed under that account. Can you let me know the actual name on the account and I can get someone working on an answer for you?
