Only thing I can think of, is someone else was meant to be blocked. Perhaps they meant to add an ID and made a typo. Maybe they just don't like snipers and got your ID from a friend and they are just leading you on... letting you try to bid again and fail.

At any rate you've verified you made their blocked bidders list. Even if they can't remember why or for which auction, odds are they feel it was for good reason. I doubt they will spend much time looking into it for you.
