As a seller they can block whomever they choose but how can they tell if you've sniped manually or via Auctionsniper? Answer is, they cannot unless you tell them as an AS snipe looks like a HUMAN bid!

Of course, if you have instamail switched on then AS will email the seller and tell them so go to My Snipes | Modify Account and turn it off immediately!
