Hi everyone.

Just an update:

I contacted the sellers of auctions that this person bidded on and they have provided me with some more information. One seller told me that this bidder asked him to send an item to Lithuania.

First he's from Indonesia, Thailand, and now this!

I have contacted ebay, but they can't do much yet.
