Bid not placed

Hi,

This is my first visit to auctionsniper forum. I've been using this service for several months and have been very pleased with the results! However, I lost an auction today and would like some feedback. Auctionsniper informed me that I lost because my bid was too low, and indeed that was true. But when I reviewed the auction page, I noticed that my bid seems not to have been placed at all. My bid and password are not listed at all. Also, the auction did not turn up (even though lost) on my "My ebay" page following the close of the auction. The auction ended about 10 am this morning and I set it to be entered 8 seconds ahead of time- though I realize auctionsniper does its own adjusting of time based on experience. Thanks for any opinions.
