I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but thank you for filing a support case with our team.

While we work to resolve this issue, there is another way you can add snipes to your bid group. From the My Snipes page, add your snipe as usual without applying the bid group folder. Once the snipe is added, select the box next to the snipe you want to put in a bid group, and then use the "Move to Selected Folder" drop down menu, select the bid group folder and click "Move".

You'll see that snipe is now in the bid group you selected. Please let me know if you have any other question, I'm glad to help!
