Auctionsniper Network issue Thur 8/18

Our Colo made an unannounced routing change---this unfortunately also affects your snipes. Some snipes will go through because of our backup servers, but assume that yours won't and bid directly.

We don't yet have an ETA for being back up, but if you do place a direct bid and a snipe also goes through, be sure to open a support case so we can credit you back if you're charged for that item.

Please accept our apologies for this, and we'll get back up just as soon as possible.
