I set up a snipe for an item finishing in the middle of the night - a wireless PC card - only to wake up and found that my bid was too low on some Navy leather belt garbage.

My target item went for $3, my max snipe was $35 and it didn't bid because a completely irrelevant item as at $75.

Support said it didn't bid in time and I was fobbed off with the 2 credit compensation for late bids. Fact is it didn't bid at all on the right item, it was away with the fairies chasing something else.

Sucks !
