auction ending in approx 30 mins, AuctionSniper shows auction ended

Is there a reason that I am not able to modify the snipe amount even though there is about 30 minutes left in the auction? I read the FAQ showing that I would not be able to make any modifications to my snipe if there are 5 mins or less left in an auction (did I read that wrong?), so I'm not sure why this happened.
