You know, if some of the suggestions cost you money or server time so that's why you don't do them, then you could put together a list of possible improvements, put it on the site, and poll the users via a form to see what ones they would want and of the ones they want, which ones are more difficult or expensive to implement and also ask for each item, if the user would be willing to pay for it on a scale of say 1 to 5 and in a comments section let them propose the fee scale. Example of fee might be a dollar or 2 a month, or base it on usage of snipes added or snipes won or lost or by snipe placed or by page load a penny per load or 2 pennies per item etc.
$.02 x avg of 10 snipes per year x 30,000 users = $6,000 more than enough for a new server
and only $.20 per user for a year of only 10 snipes....I know I snipe much more
you could even base it on volume, the more snipes, the less the cost.d
