You should be aware that AS programmers don't always read the forum so they probably haven't read this thread and probably don't know of your problem. In my experience, the only way to get noticed by the 'geeks' is to tell them by raising that support case. I don't think Sara is a 'geek', even she has to report to them...

So, if you want it fixed, report it!
