Try this:

On the My Snipes page under Choose Snipes click on Ended.

Browse down to 3814075468 and click on the button.

That should show you what eBAY thought of the situation.

If the snipe isn't there then click on the HELP tab:

and click on the http://support.auctionsniper.com/ to log a support case.
