AS Clock 1 hour off

I need to snipe some items today, as I will not be home when they end. I logged into to AS and clicked on import wizard to bring up my watch list. Noticed all of the ending times are 1 hour differant than ebay's ending time, I need to snipe a item that ends at 17:03 ebay time, AS is showing it ending at 4:03. Is AS going to put in the snipe 1 hour early?? Everything else on my list is 1 hour early as well
