The problem here is a lack of communication on both sides. Jabbergah should have stated his shipping policy and that his business is part-time. The buyer should have mentioned that he wanted the item immediately. Insufficient communication of expectations leads to dissappointment. Oh and Jabbergah, how can you not know what "ty" means?!!

Sweater32's mention of free "carrier pickup" is quite important. Jabbergah should definately look into this.
