My post referred to most items.

Entenuating circumstances includes:
Items that have to be made
Family emergencies (although some people seem to be plagued by emergencies of this nature)
Inclement weather

In addition, when I say "three days", I mean three days to package it and get it in the mail. I do not expect the item on my porch in three days. I expect it to be shipped in that time.

I understand sellers can't control the mail, but when someone tells me that shipped on the 1st and I see my package marked the 12th, I have to question their honesty and business practices.
