Both situations you mention are the exception, not the rule.

Expectations are too high from buyers? You're in a market where the competition is very high. More often than not, the person with the best customer service wins.

Unless there are extenuating circumstances, three days lead time is not unreasonable for an item that is already paid for.

Ask yourself this: Would you be okay if all your buyers waited three days to 2 weeks before they paid for an item they won?
