Anyone noticed dealers NOT giving Feedback?

I'm new 2 Auction Sniper, but LOVE it so far. My gripe is- what gives with these ebay sellers lately that are just too busy to give good buyers feedback? I pay via Paypal, usually within 24 hours of auction end & send friendly emails confirming- I would think I'm a seller's dream! Lately I've had items not mailed for almost 2 weeks after I paid, unresponsive dealers I have to PRY an answer out of, they "forget" to insure, even tho I pay the extra amount they quote for insurance & note such in my emails and after all that, several lately have not bothered to give me pos feedback. I'm patient, communicative, and don't even insist on a refund of my insurance amount- what is the problem?!? Feedback works both ways!
