Anyone else having problems with eBay today?

My eBay has gone very strange indeed. Every time I try to go into My eBay, it takes me into eBay for guests. Also, invoice information is not being updated (someone sent me an invoice, then I bought something else so they sent a second invoice). When I went to pay, the previous postage amount was in there.

Any clues would be welcome and I'm wondering whether I should have installed IE8 too !!!
