Congrats Adrenalin,

E-Bay's policy with regards to sniping is practically non-existent. Any snipe is about as technically equal to a proxy bid... So your bid is basically legitimate. So whoever this sore loser is, they can "pack sand" as much as they want! It won't get them anywhere... You've got the tickets!

I received a similar E-Mail from another sore loser who missed out on obtaining a Sony CLIE PDA, I beat them by 15 dollars within the last 4 seconds, a masterful play and my first snipe too!
