Got it, Donald. Your earlier words indicating that you "have two buyers like that right now" meant buyers who had invalid e-mail addresses, like the two suspended mailboxes in Shannon's earlier post. So what you really meant was that the buyers WITH INVALID e-mail addresses were wondering why you could not respond to their inquiries. I think we did not realize you meant buyers without valid e-mal addresses using the Ask a Seller feature.

I think that one is solved.
