Update -
I emailed the seller and asked him if cancelled the money order (the seller has to, not the buyer)
He said they wanted to much information and required him to join so I sent him this only it has all the correct names order numbers and addresses:

This should work without signing up:
Go to
http://www.bidpay.com
1) Click on the contact us link at the upper right of the screen,
2) On the service assistant on the left click get paid,
3) click the link to "a different question",
Enter your name and email (the same one I used),
for the order number in question its (omitted) (make sure the order number in your email is the same as the one they gave me)
for the subject something like: Cancel money order - change delivery address.
Then in the message box type in
My name is Sellers Name, the money order referenced in order (omitted) is being mailed to:
Sellers Name
Sellers Wrong Address
Sellers City, State And Zip
USA
I need it canceled; reissued and the reissued money order mailed to:
Sellers Name
Sellers Correct Address
Sellers City, State And Zip
USA
