Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering why the thumbnails for ebay items are no longer showing on the iOS app?? This has been like this for over a year now and I wonder if anyone has raised this issue with techsupport?

Is this issue affecting Android users? Any information would be very helpful.

Hello Gramercy_riffs -

There is a known issue with the mobile app where the thumbnails do not display correctly. This affects both versions of the mobile app. Our engineers are aware of this issue, however it is unclear at this time if it will be addressed, the app as a whole is being reviewed at this time and currently I am unable to provide any estimates on what may occur with the app.

Hello Craig,

Thank you for the follow up, I appreciate your input. It's not a major issue but just a small thing that would make the user experience alot more enjoyable.

I hope to see a major upgrade to the mobile app sometime in the near future. It is looking somewhat tired and archaic!
