For the past hour I have sat here studying and reading E-bay’s home page and can’t find what I am looking for. I am pretty certain, I either read or was told, you can list things on E-bay for buyers in your Local area only. For example: I want to sell several pieces of furniture and I rather do it through E-bay instead of the newspapers. Does anyone know if you can sell items that way and if so how?

Hi! The only way to let ebayers know its for your town only is to select the shipping choice - LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. People in your area when conducting a search fot the item will bring your item up first only if they have the search sorted by closest distance. I hope this helps.

I was able to pull up other sellers listings in my area, however, I wasn’t able to figure out how they did it. After reading your post I saw the “pick-up only” Thank you!
