Spafons_comics was not a registered user for a couple of days, but is back now. He no longer is selling the fraudulent comic books, but he can still leave feedback for all of the buyers that fell in his hell hole.

What should we all do?

What can be done?

Take it easy, my friend. You have no assurance that a chastened seller will move against anyone who gave him bad feedback. If he does, you can appeal to eBay to remove the negative feedback although I'm not sure how they'd look at it. (I've found the people there to be quite fair, but I've never had a negative feedback* so don't know what they'd do in a matter of retaliation.) It's also possible that you'd have a chance to rebut a negative comment as well. Both sellers and buyers have that right.
