How is it that the bid winner made the three highest bids when no one bid against him? http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&item=290287430858

Compare to Item number: 290287434647 where the same bidder made three bids, some automatic, but he had other bidders which forced his bid higher. http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&item=290287434647
