Hello, I have not shipped on E-bay in quite a while. However I sold something today and it was paid for. However, Paypal is saying that I have to provide a tracking number and ensure proof of delivery before the money is cleared to my account. It does show as "paid" on ebay's site.

I was a victim of fraud my last shipment, so I am covering all bases. Does Paypal make you verify delivery before they clear the money to you now?
