What is the best solution to avoid Non-paying bidders on ebay???

Choices:
Do not sell!!!
Make 0 feedback bidders email you 1st.
Only accept electronic payment from low feedback buyers.
Threaten to torture them, JK
Scare them off with hollow threats in item listing.
