This Welsh ebayer (allegedly) won't sell on ebay if his items don't fetch enough. In one of his feedbacks he actually complains that his Buy It Now price disappeared!
Against the rules? Worse than that, it's a breach of contract. I did take him to task on one of his listings (crap photo, no real idea of what exactly he was selling) and got nowhere despite typing my questions very slowly.
