What is a"A blatant fiddle!" Just curious as I have never heard the expression!

Probably went a bit Brit colloquial with this one!!
Blatant is this, as usual, and a fiddle (apart from being a violin) is some sort of underhanded process that costs or loses money; a scam.
So, blatant fiddle is something that is a scam that is very obvious to see.
Now, I have one for you - what's ttt?

Haven't needed to kick mysely, Shirl, 'cos I am not sure what you mean by To the top. Top of what? What comment would you add?

This must be a USA thing, unless I am being really thick (that has happened, before I get hundreds of replies here)

Mike, I wanted this thread to show on the forum board so you would see it. I just typed ttt rather than thinking of something to say to bring it back on the board screen. It is just a common thing to do on most forums. Anyway, no problem and thanks for answering my question.
