I'm sure we all are able to type that url into our browser and determine that 'Ricky' isn't female - at least not as of 6/4/2004 (there was no mention of sex-reassignment surgery in the 'diary' section on the 'rickychalmers.brinkster.net' [aka 'rickychalmers.com'] website). And 'Ricky' certainly appears male as of 9/1/2004. The 'webcam' says that it, 'normally points right at me' (image moved to my server, just in case it disappears from the original site):


Perhaps we could call 'Ricky' and verify his current gender? Although it seems that the contact information might be a little out of date - 'Ricky' seems to have found something more interesting to do than update his website in the last year.

For what it's worth, quoting posts has limited value because the person doing the quoting can make changes (see above), and if the original is gone, there's no way to prove what was really said.

I'm not saying anyone's done that yet because I don't think it's happened, but the possibility is there.

If you go back and actually read them, you will note I did NOT say Shop and Rick were 'Ricky' - I merely said it was a little strange that Shop's avatar, which was the object of concern to another user, was coming from that site. Yes, Shop could have linked to that avatar innocently, and I did NOT say otherwise.

And my second post was a reply to Rick's assertion that 'Ricky' could be female.

Exactly where, in either of these posts do you see me as being rude? And *I've* never accused Rick of stalking me. I've certainly expressed my opinion of him (and of you) in other posts, and will continue to do so whenever I feel it necessary.
