I had three attempts at loading a snipe today, each attempt failed saying 'Couldnt find item' against the number I had cut & pasted off the ebay page.

Tried another sniper which found it immediately.
Shame, I always liked Auction Sniper however I'm having to snipe elsewhere now.

If you've gone elsewhere then why are you posting here? Or maybe you work for a competitor of AS and have been assigned the job of spreading stories like this to water down AS's popularity?

Apart from the typical forum sniping is there an actual answer as to why snipes cannot be imported?

We do see the "Could Not Find" item returned sometimes when customers are trying to add snipes on items in the "Mature Audiences" category due to the inconsistent behavior we see from eBay's adult verification process, but I'm not aware of any technical issues that would prevent you from adding snipes on items that are not in the Mature Audiences categories.

again I lost a deal because AS works completely unreliable.
I guess I'm going to look for an alternative now. I can't afford to loose more deal.

Go on stumpy, tell us what happened rather than just slag off AS - as a newbie your loss may be down to a lack of experience rather than an AS fault...
