Hey everyone!, i dont know where else to go, ebay help isn't very clear about this.

What do u have to do when u buy an item and then receive it and find out that it's not an original, but a copy???
I bought a stated 'rare' press kit with 5 photos. I got 5 copy photos (bad quality). The description never said 'original' and the seller has several of this kinda complaints. Its never happend to me before and I wanna know what to do.

Contact seller and just ask for a refund? (can u ask a refund just cuz u're not satisfied with the item won? i dont wanna bring the original and copy subject up, this seller gets upset easily and is always right). Can I just ask for a refund peacefully? Any replies appreciated!!!

You have to make the choice to complain or leave it...
If the item is as described then you cannot really complain. If the selller is misleading buyers then complain. If the latter then make a complaint to either eBay or PayPal only when you've exhausted conversation with the seller!

Hi Eman
I hate to rain on your parade, but all such questions ought to be raised before starting to bid, rather than after; even more so if the vendor has a chequered history of this sort of thing. If 'twere me, I would have just have walked away; the same if no decent photos were available.

However, it is too late for that now. If the item is as described, then there is not really any redress, so eBay and PayPal are not going to be at all interested.

As R2 says, the best you can do is try to negotiate politely with the vendor (sans textspeak - it irritates most folk! Wink) and if they do not want to play, so be it - put it down to experience. Frown
Good luck!
