I lost 2 bids today: a seller in England. AS says because of the below. Seller reports selling to USA bidders regularly (even today), and doesn't think wrong boxes were checked when listing. What else could it be? Seller is totally willing to sell to me. Many thanks.

Blocked by seller Your snipe could not be placed because the seller blocks specific groups of buyers. For example, if a seller doesn't ship to your country, he can block all bidders from that country.

Here's how a buyer can be blocked:
1) Are registered in countries to which you don't ship.
2) Have a negative feedback score.
3) Have received Unpaid Item strikes.
4) Are currently winning or have bought '1-100' of your items in the last 10 days.
5) Do not have a PayPal account.

Try a manual low bid and a full-price snipe. If both fail it's you, if one fails then it's either you or AS depending on which fails...
