hey hows about this for a email I received from a buyer after waiting 4 weeks for payment ? :

sorey hav not payed, have had acident when riding horse/colt/bear attak. Will pay when out of hospital

Brilliant, they seem to email me from the "hospital" and say they ll email me when they get out. I can't figure out whether they were riding the horse/colt and got attacked by a bear, or whether they were riding a horse and a rival colt got jealous and ganged up with his friend the bear to give them a kicking

Can anyone top this ?

Nope - you have all mine beat hands down.

I reckon he was probably out riding a mare, a colt got toey, then when they ditched him and went off on a date.....a bear attacked him.

Great story though....very creative!!

I sent it on to a bunch of people, made my day. He hasn't responded since. Cant really blame Gentle Ben though, probably a bit miffed now the acting jobs have dried up

It looks to me as if the bear actually wrote the email, after he had been 'attaked' [sic]
