We are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing some snipes that were successfully won to falsely display the "Invalid UserID/Password" status on the My Snipes page. Our engineering team is currently investigating this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

For the time being, if the "Invalid UserID/Password" message was returned for one of your snipes and you have the correct login information stored within your Auction Sniper account, there is a good change you won the item. Therefore, we recommend checking your eBay account to verify whether you really won.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing. As soon as we get this issue resolved, we will also be updating the statuses of those snipes that were incorrectly flagged with this status.

Update - We have corrected the issue that was causing the incorrect "Invalid UserID/Password" statuses to be returned for some successful snipes and we will be updating the snipes that were incorrectly flagged with that status to reflect the correct statuses over the course of today.

We have started receiving some additional reports of incorrect snipe statuses being returned and our engineering team is currently investigating the issue at hand. Most of them appaer to be ended snipes that are stuck in "High Bidder" status and wins that are labeled with "Did Not Win" status.

We are going to be updating the snipes that are being affected by this problem to reflect the correct snipe statuses as soon as we are able to get this issue resolved.

Update - We have corrected the most recent problem that was causing some snipes to be incorrectly marked with incorrect "High Bidder" or "Did Not Win" statuses so all snipes should show the correct statuses moving forward.

We are also running a service to update the snipes that were showing incorrect statuses to reflect the correct ones and we expect that will be completed at some point today.
