We understand that the recent technical difficulties that are being discussed on this forum right now have inconvenienced many of our users and, to show you all our appreciation for sticking by us during this difficult transition, I am pleased to report that Auction Sniper will be hosting a “Free Snipe Friday” on Friday, July 11th. This is just a sneak peak for everyone reading the message boards. We'll send out an official email sometime between now and July 10th.

Therefore, any snipes that are entered into your account between 12 AM PDT (GMT -7) and 11:59 PM PDT (GMT -7) on Friday, July 11th will be entirely free of charge, regardless of when the items end. There is no limit to the number of free snipes you can add to your account during this promotion, so please feel welcome to take full advantage of this promotion and place as many snipes as you can.

There is a bug for those users with 0 free snipe credits, a $0 balance, and no credit card on file with us. Basically if you have no money or credit to snipe we should still let you add a snipe today because it's a free day. However it's not letting users in the case above do that. More info here:
