eBay is making some changes and some snipes may not be being placed. It would be most safe to manually snipe until I update this thread knowing snipes are for sure being placed.
The programmers have isolated the problem, fixed it, and are deploying it to all of our bidder servers. I'll post again once it's live and you dont need to manually backup your snipes anymore.
I just want to make sure you can claim them while you have the status of "Did not win." I suppose you can try. But if it doesnt work simply wait until tomorrow and our robot that figures out what happened will have gone through all "Did not wins" and converted them to the correct status by then.
