In response to user feedback, we have added two new features that can be customized to enhance your Auction Sniper experience:
- Those with slow connections (33.6k modems, etc) can now turn off thumbnail images. A few users were complaining that the pictures were taking too long to load and slowing down the site.
- Those with celluar phones or pagers that can accept email may now receive outbid notifications on these devices.
To access these features, sign in and follow the 'Modify Account' link. There will be a field to enter a 'Notification Email Address' where you may enter the address of your cell phone, pager, etc... Further down the page will be a checkbox which you can uncheck to turn off thumbnail images.
