Our Colo made an unannounced routing change---this unfortunately also affects your snipes. Some snipes will go through because of our backup servers, but assume that yours won't and bid directly.

We don't yet have an ETA for being back up, but if you do place a direct bid and a snipe also goes through, be sure to open a support case so we can credit you back if you're charged for that item.

We are back up. Approximate time we were down was from 10am-11:37am.

Wow, not a fun day. Looks like our hosting facility went down for another 15 minutes right before the 7pm hour.

Our backup bidders were able to save some of these snipes, but it's obviously not as reliable as our primary bidding services.

Personally, I would recommend that people manually place their snipes tonight if they see that the website is down.
