A while ago, shipping started showing up on the My Snipes page (I found this by searching this forum, and people were praising it back in Feb 2004). However, I currently have 9 snipes in My Snipes, and none of them show the shipping costs.

Note, ebay item 5723360051 is one of them, and it definitely has shipping shown the auction, in what appears to be a very standardized place.

Maybe there was an ebay page formatting change that broke the AS shipping display code?

You could file a support case from the help page. (very bottom)
This could be a new problem that AS is not aware of.

Same here - I think.

This is REALLY an essential feature. We really need to monitor shipping. Many sellers have shipping as a profit center so we need to consider total cost. This is most true for me using bidgroups.
