My setting for lead-in bid is 7 seconds. However, my last auctionsniper.com bid went in at 54 seconds. Now I understand that lead-in times are sometimes a little earlier, especially if the 'net is busy. But 54 seconds seems a little much! This gave someone else the opportunity of outbidding me twice, their winning bid ironically coming in 7 seconds befoe the auction ended. This was a rare item I was looking forward to getting. Please look into solving this problem.

Essay - you're talking to fellow users here - if you want to speak to AS then use the Help Tab to contact support.
And don't use AS for must-haves or rare items, especially if they finish at a busy time (Sunday evenings)...

Agreed ... Don't use AS (or any other sniping service) for a "rare, must have" item. In this case, your bid was submitted early, but it was also possible that your bid wouldn't have been submitted at all. Very frustrating for a "rare, must have" item.

I'm not complaining about AS. I've found AS to be very reliable. I can count on one finger the number of times AS didn't bid for me, and since that item wasn't a "rare, must have", it was no big deal. I just sniped another of the same later.
