Inability to reach AS. Did anyone else have difficulty reaching and loading AS(got usual MS page saying that page I wanted was unavailable etc.)on Aug 21st 2003 from appx 5 pm-8 pm ET. This was not an outage problem, as other sites, including ebay were accessible.

I think that was the night that eBay was down for 3+ hours.

Since our site talks to eBay when they go down everyone starts flooding into us to check snipes and etc and we end up getting nailed too.
