I just wanted to say that I really do think that AS is a great service...all the workings from software and hardware are manmade and will undoubtably(?) fail from time to time. Alot of people get so wrapped up in thinking it should all be perfect...It can't be.

I have been a webmaster before, a few years back, it is usually a thankless job and all you get are complaints. I think that as a whole the AS staff is doing a great job and providing a wonderful service.

As for a suggestion....Are there any capabilities in the future for AS to be able to snipe on other auctions, or is it too much of a nightmare to do that?
