I'm surprised I haven't seen it mentioned yet in the forums...

Being able to view and/or update AS by web-enabled cell phones would be absolutely PRICELESS. In fact, it would almost be worth an additional fee, in my opinion.

Did you know you can set up AS to call or page you when you've been outbid or win an auction? This feature already exists !

I think some cell phones and PDA's can give you wireless internet access for entering data and checking prices. This is not a function of AS, but your cell phone service provider. Not sure how these work, as I have never used them.

It sounds like a terrific idea when you first read/say it, but most auctions last a week. If you can't get to a computer in that amount of time, you probably have more important things to do than win auctions and have to take the time to send out a payment.

Well... Maybe not. Went to:

Snipes --> Modify Account --> Cell phone/pager example.

All I got was Page Under Construction
