Maybe you could let me know why in the last week 2 of my snipes were not placed. These were items' like every one who uses Auction Sniper' were important to me and would like to know what's happening as their is no sniper report on this item that was suppose to be placed last night, sure would apreciate an answer.???????? You'll need to give us more info. if you want an answer. For example, have you had any successful snipes? If so, then it isn't a bad ID or password problem.
Are the snipes that failed not recorded anywhere? Goto My Snipes and choose 'lost'. Are they there?
What were the item numbers? What was your max snipe?

There are a number of non-bug-related reasons why snipes don't get placed - most are easily explained but only if the full info. is provided.

1 was an eBay problem, the other was either your bid was too low or the reserve wasnt met.
