AS seems to have launched this product without thinking it through (no, not Buyer Manager) and it it's only really any use for USA buyers. The claim process involves a letter to the USA - let's wait for a successful non-USA claim to be documented here... I won't hold my breath!

Not for us in the UK, it would seem - this message only appears on the .COM version of My Snipes, I've refreshed the UK version over and over without success. I wonder why it wasn't published on the forum? I suspect that Sara is the only one who knows the passwords and she appears to have disappeared!
In fareness, I tried again and it did come up after 8 more 'refreshes' of the My Snipes screen. Sadly it was 7pm here in the UK before I discovered this 'freebie' so I'm happy to pass it on to all my readers! It does mean that I have 'til 8am tomorrow to place my snipes - now if only there was anything on ebay worth buying - it's dead at the moment!!!
1) We are limited in the location where the item is shipped from by our third party Insurance Provider. The 'customs' label is fine.. the text you are referring to is more like if the box has a picture of a computer on it (like OEM packaging).
2) We apologize if we had a minor hiccup on the UK site... I will not let that happen again for 'Free Snipe Day'.

Well spotted Mrs M - we all know what's really going on but I like to think that she's on a horse, perhaps chasing a fox in the English countryside!
