I would love to see it set up were i could place a bid on a product and have a stipulation.
"If this bid loses for being to low or to late, bid on this alternate upcoming auction"
A lot of us budget our ebay money and would like to set up snipes on similar items and not beother checking our account befor making the bid. Especailly if they close within hours of each other.

That's called bid groups! You set up a number of items in a bid group folder, specify how many to win and AS will stop bidding when/if that target is reached...
