I'm a newbie so I'm finding my legs. I set up to snipe an item with a max bid of $14.75. The auction ended with someone else's winning bid of $13.65. My bid was within the bid increment. The "Snipe Status Message" says "Did Not Win" and the "Confirmation" window only says "Confirmation for this item is not available." Any ideas why my snipe failed?

Many thanks!

Hiya and Welcome BB,
I have had 2 "Did Not Win" in the last couple of weeks (one last nite). AS gives you that message when it isnt any of their standard responses, ie, "Bid Too Low", "Proxy Outbid" or "Not In Time".

You need to go to AS Support [ Click Here ] and file a support case (you will need the auction number), that in turn will give you some free snipes.

LOl Mrs M - I think BB has already been to the support link I left and had an answer.

They were very quick to answer mine too.

That's why I said, if you haven't, Lexie! I thought maybe it was a typo. Wink
